Websmith is a one-person studio. This policy covers the public website at websmith-co.dev and the private admin used to run the studio.

What you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email, business name, and an optional message. A valid message is emailed to Connor and stored in a private inquiries table so it can be answered. The form also includes a hidden field and a timestamp used only to drop automated spam. Those checks are not used to identify you.

Email

Inquiry email is sent through Gmail. The message is addressed to the studio inbox, and the reply-to address is the email you typed. There is no automatic reply.

Analytics

The public pages use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure loading speed. The admin dashboard does not load those scripts. Websmith does not run Google Analytics on this site.

Accounts

There is no public sign-up and no client login. The only account is the studio admin account, which requires a password and an authenticator app. Admin pages are not indexed.

How long messages are kept

Inquiries stay in the admin until they are no longer needed to respond or to keep a record of the work. You can ask for a message to be deleted by emailing connor@websmith-co.com.
